US BioSolutions™ foam products combined with an EPA-registered disinfectant is a 2-part system for disinfecting surfaces that involves trapping the pathogens and then destroying the pathogens. The EPA-registered disinfectant used in conjunction with our Open Cell Foam products comes from a 3rd party supplier.
The first part is utilizing our high surface area Open-Cell polyolefin foam with an interconnected capillary network to apply to a potentially pathogen-contaminated surface. This high surface area effectively sets the trap to capture pathogens on surfaces that include a multitude of pathogens from bacteria to viruses.
The second part of the system is destroying the pathogens, including viruses, with an EPA-registered disinfectant that destroys the pathogens in accordance with its label provided by the supplier. It is essential to follow all instructions on the label of the EPA-registered disinfectant for efficacy.
